[OT] PCI-e component video card

Howdy,
Do folks know of a PCI-e component video card?

I've got a Sony Trinitron TV I want to feed it from a multimedia PC, but 
for best results I want to feed it component rather than inferior 
composite video.

Only need Windows drivers, but I'm sure you Linux folks know about 
hardware too :)

Alternatively does a low-cost HDMI-component adapter exist?
