I just installed Linux for my mother...

Yeh i gave it to my Dad a few years back. Initially he complained and I said
I'd switch back to Windows anytime he wanted he just had to say the word. He
didn't take me up on it. A few months later his HD died and he had to use his
windows laptop. He lasted half a day before he (by him self) had downloaded
and burnt an Ubuntu iso and managed to install it on his laptop.

I found it hillarious.
