Best CS/EE Program in Adelaide?

I'm (hopefully) going to university in a couple of years, and one of the
options I'm considering is something along the Computer
Science/Electrical Engineering. I was wondering which uni in Adelaide
offered the best program? I'd much prefer a classical CS course which
teaches platform/language/archtechture agnostic skills. Who offers the
best course in CS/EE in Adelaide?

Preferably, I'd prefer one that isn't a four year long advertising
program for Windows Server and .net....
