Sorry Alex. It was just a matter of interest. Since we do interact in
this medium then it is necessary for us to be aware of issues other than
technical. I carry both public and professional indemnity insurance
because I have to be aware of things other than the technical area in
which I work. It wasn't a go at you at all, I'm sure you realise, it
just took my notice because your email was a subject line and a dirty
great disclaimer! :)

So, although we are not lawyers, in all likelihood, disclaimers are so
much fluff, unless in your particular environment you have agreed
somehow to abide by such disclaimer. I breathe easily again :)
