Couldnt tell ya any more than that - I dont know anyone at all who have 
even thought of doing something like this with OSS... surely the M$ 
option wouldnt be *that* expensive to do..

Thanks (again) for the links/time investment!  With regards to expense -
M$'s offerings aren't expensive at all...  Just would prefer (if
possible) to have a Penguin in my car instead of a global dictator. :-)
