Hi Michael/all,
I have to say that I didn't notice any bigotries in anything Ian wrote.
Personally, I think it's reasonable to ask/wonder how 'Christian' ubuntu
differs from 'atheist/agnostic' ubuntu. (Okay - a bad joke; forgive me
for trying to lighten this up a bit) :-) Further, I agree with Ian that
if such 'human' wallpapers were included that it WOULD get a wowser
brigade stampeding... (I'd probably be at the forefront if I decided
against ignoring the thread) I also agree that an electronic bible is a
reasonable/appropriate inclusion for a 'Christian' Distro of ubuntu - as
well as understanding his observation that as Distro's ARE usually
jam-packed; it's also (imo) reasonable to wonder what might be left out
to concentrate on Christian orientated paraphernalia...
Accordingly, I'd submit that either I'm dumber than I think I am (Oh
no... I've opened the flood gates there!) or perhaps there's been a
misunderstanding about what Ian's written? So... unless I've radically
missed something obvious - such as a particularly inflammatory post I
didn't get - can we just put this down as a
misunderstanding/misinterpretation and move on? :-)
Regards,
DFW
