When I joined the LinuxSA list there was an abundance of quixotic (&
often times off topic) articles, thoughts, jokes and various links to
make the day go by.
They have been disappearing at an alarming rate just because of a few
LOUD rants against them.
Why?
If you (not pointing any fingers) have scanned it and don't like the
content of a particular post, move on.
I happen to like the eclectic nature of Romanas posts, the underdone
grumbling and rumbling, yet pertinent, points of Groggies and DSLs
posts along with the helpful aid given for general questions, re IT,
from most everybody else.
Too bad this is no longer the usual case :-)

..... Some people can tell what time it is by looking at the sun, but
I have never been able to make out the numbers.

Errata: Spelling mistakes are not intentional, except that I don't use
spell checkers. It's too easy to allow the spell checker to make the
decisions and use words that are out of context for that being written
(i.e. their/there, your/you're, threw/through and even accept/except),
not to mention foreign (I'm Australian) English spelling (i.e.
colour/color, socks/sox, etc).
