LAN setup help

[Spirit FM]

Spirit FM is a community radio station @ victor harbor.  Attempting to
change from win98 to SuSE 10.  LAN also has OS/2 clients.  There is no
server in the system as such.  We are running static IP's with TCP/IP &
NetBeui.  So far SuSE not friendly.  All help appreciated.
