Of course the market is already finding an innovative way to distribute music -
allofmp3.com uses a russian legal loophole to make millions out of this. Maybe
the future of online music distribution is limited to states where laws are
more relaxed - or rogue pacific islands maybe? 

Really this is a case of not liking the law in one place and operating in other
places where the law is better suited. Imagine a country like Nauru deciding to
host something the size of allofmt3 - much better than a tax haven status.
Maybe governments dont like the free market approach to the legal system
though...
