Eclipse IDE Help!

Confound it,

I've managed to turn it off in the Java editor but I'm using the PHP 
plugin which of course has its own settings that don't include stopping 
said autocompletion.

It looks like I may go looking in the plugin code and "add" an option to 
turn the completion off.
