Well written, particularly in highlighting the commercial implications 
for Novell with their existing customers should many FOSS projects move 
to GPLv3.

Makes one wonder if Microsoft saw that implication before Novell, 
Redmond always had better lawyers, not better in an ethical sense, just 
better in terms of "winning" the unwinnable lawsuits and protecting 
Bill's greenback padded posterior...
