Sure it is.  Why would an Adelaide Linux/Perl/SQL-related job not be
on-topic?  Have you read http://www.linuxsa.org.au/mailing-list/ ?

What I find annoying is discussions about on/off-topicness on the main
LinuxSA list.  Posts about the LinuxSA list itself (meta-discussions?)
are not really anything to do with Linux, and despite the often-long
threads, I don't think they count in the "of particular interest to
LinuxSA members" category.
