Ok, I'll take the bait.

The FSF wants to shutrdown the MS/Novell deal -
http://go.theregister.com/feed/http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/11/20/eben_moglen_on_microsoft_novell/

Microsoft start their patent claims against non-Novell Linux users -
http://go.theregister.com/feed/http://www.theregister.co.uk/2006/11/20/microsoft_claims_linux_code/

Someone claims Novell has copied Microsoft VBA code directly into OOo
- http://www.linux.com/article.pl?sid=06/11/08/1726205

Novell plan on holding an IRC meeting on Thursday/Friday to calm the
OSS community - http://lwn.net/Articles/210260/rss

Samba tells Novell to get stuffed -
http://www.groklaw.net/article.php?story=20061112171106871

Novell tells Samba that their mind is made up, sorry -

Either the sky is falling (ie. the position of most people here) or
you should go and buy a Mac (ie the Mark Newton position)

:-)

The biggest question in my mind - will the MS/Novell
sell-my-soul-to-the-devil deal change the opinion of Linus and the
kernel hackers into adopting GPLv3 for the Linux kernel?
