Pull that fan, note the manufacturer and model and grab
the specs from the manufacturer site.  Find the equivalent
part in popular brands like Rotron or Papst. They're
widely stocked in Australia (or the supplier will have
an equivalent), use RS or Farnell if desperate (and be
warned that their one-off prices are huge).
