Haven't got a clue, appears as if Borland has decided to let it die sliently.

All is not lost tho'. 

Lazarus is the name of a Delphi/Kylix like RAD-tool for Linux (and Windows and 
mac). It installs on top of Free Pascal and is free in both senses of the 
word.
Lazarus will work with your Kylix or Delphi projects after slight modification 
of these.

You can get both (Freepascal and Lazarus) from SourceForge, and both have own 
sites with various user support initiatives.
