If they're willing to go commercial (recommended since it sounds like
you don't want to be tinkering too much), I'd recommend Open-Xchange
Advanced Server, only run it on Redhat EL not Microsoft, I mean Novell
Suse ;)
I say OX Advanced Server because that can run the Samba OXtender (OX
term) to integrate Windows PCs and users into the OX LDAP directory that
the groupware uses.
Openexchange sell bundled options with the above OSes.
Your client will most likely spend less than the Windows/SBS setup, and
the functionality and flexibility (not to mention security...) you can
provide is streets ahead.
The only thing I'm not sure OX provides from your list above is CRM, but
it certainly has document management which may do just fine for what
they're after. Besides, since you'd most likely be running it on top
of a standard Redhat install, you can probably find something suitable
out there to suit your needs.
