Did you fetch and build the 80211 module from the ipw2200 site?  That
looks like it can't find the headers for that module.  Remember to run
its 'make install' as root.

Also, do you have the kernel-headers package installed for the kernel
you are using?  'uname -r' will tell you the kernel version and 'rpm
-qv kernel-devel' will show up the kernel headers installed.

You need them because 80211 and ipw2200 modules actually look in
/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build for the kernel headers instead of going
to /usr/include/linux like a lot of other stuff.
