C/C++ operator question.. <?=

Is the above expression an example of the operator you saw in use, or is 
it describing the equivilant behavior?

If it is an example of the operators usage then the operator is simply 
the ? (conditional) operator which is common to C, C++, Java, PHP ad 
nauseum.

If the above snipped is simply describing the behaviour as opposed to an 
example of the operator you saw, can you please suppply an example code 
snippet using the operator in question.
