No, MS *sold* SCO a while ago. :-)  SCO, aka "the Santa Cruz Operation,"
was a group within Microsoft, who wrote Xenix, MS's unix-like OS for
286's.  Microsoft apparently felt they had no real use for unix and so
the group was sold (I believe to the people who worked in it.)
