RE: Buying a wireless pc card

Hi,

"Wireless cards for linux" copy past into google = first page as below
>>http://www.goonda.org/wireless/

The jist of it it, the Prism chipsets work fine with linux, get a card based
on them, confirm with the supplier prior to purchase it uses the
prism/prism2 chipset

Some more detailed info...

Subject: Buying a wireless pc card

Hi -

Anyone have any suggestions for brand and source for a PCMCIA wireless card
for use with Citilan? I did a bit of googling, but it looks like there are
traps out there with different chipsets being used in apparently the same
model of card, and I'd like to get something that Just Works..

Thanks,

Gwyn.
