I don't mind that you amateur pop science philosophers want to discuss
creation myths on linuxSA.
I _do_ mind that you're not changing the subject line.

Please change the subject line so that us grown-ups don't have to
read this drivel by accident.

While you're at it, you might like to broaden the discussion to
easter bunnies, father christmas, astrology, palmistry, elves, pixies,
tree spirits, river sprites, fairies, the flat Earth, flying saucers,
alien abductions, the resurrection of Elvis, the hollow earth theory,
the Loch Ness monster, the Yeti, the tooth fairy, the submarine that
abducted Harold Holt, the coriolis effect in bathtubs, and the Giant Emu
which created the sky.

But please change the subject line.

And also note: "You do the math." is a US American expression.
We call it "maths" in Australia.

Cheers, all the best, and don't forget your alumin[i]um beany...

Alan.

PS. Here's the linux distribution for all good creationists, of course:

PPS. Yes, the big band _is_ a dodgy theory. But serious scientists think
that too. Evolution is not in serious doubt though.
