Absolutely, the only difference is (at least in the case of Internode's
ADSL service), Business class is a bridged service that requires no
PPPoE/OA authentication whereas the personal service does.  

So the only thing you will need to do is remove/disable the PPPoE client
software and instead put the bridged IP address of your business service
and your supplied default gateway into the IP settings of the NIC the
modem is connected too.

The only complication will be if your "ADSL Modem" is in fact an "ADSL
Modem & Router" combined.  In this case you will need to modify the
configuration of the router itself to tell it to operate in RFC1483
bridged mode rather than PPPoE/OA.
