Excuse me raining on everyone's parade, the only way to convince a
Government department to fix their web-site is to basically ask them to
spend a lot of money fixing it. They don't have the money.

HREOC has been weakened by the Howard Government anyway.

_AND_ people with disabilities don't have any type of political clout.

It's worth a try but don't hold your breath; you'll drown.
