I know that with only one hard drive, if you choose to automatically 
partition it will wipe the windows partion, but Im not sure how this 
works for two dirves. It may be intuitive enough to set up linux on the 
second drive. However if there is anything you need to learn about 
installing Redhat its probably how to partiton drives properly, and it 
may pay to do this manually the first time.

Not that this is a big drama, as david says just read the prompts 
carefully, and check out some documentation. The rest of the install 
should be ok.
