    It meaning the resolver. This is my understanding of how it works. But
experiments and research show that it's a very grey area. The offical word
from the book is that it won't look at a nameserver that aren't listed in
resolv.conf. But I'm sure that at some time in the past that I've had it
looking at the local nameserver first. <Shrug?>
