RE: Looking for VoIP phones

Here is an article about voIP phones for use with CISCO Communications systems
and Voice over IP (Internet Protocol). These work using a wireless connection
to an IP network. How were you thinking of avoiding the need for a PC? Do you
want to plug them streight into a phoneline?

http://www.linuxworld.com.au/index.php?id=910302135&eid=-50

Article mentions Alcatel SA, Mitel, Avaya Inc. and Nortel as having IP
telephony products that compete against Cisco's.

Hope this helps,
Nic Thiele
