dunno about sony CD drives, but I reckon these days their TVs, monitors
and VCRs are mainly trading on the brand name.  Sony HiFi gear is a
step above stuff like akai but that's about it.

back to CD burners, to whoever was originally asking, I've got a
plextor px412 (if that helps).  You can't have it, but I could
perhaps burn something for you - if this model does whatever it
was you require.
