a http filter mezziane
Hello All,
Since I now have a yahoo account (and at the moment,
while I'm using it as a free service) I have to use it
via the web. I get alot of annoying ads I want to
filter. Galeon (my browser of choice), can't really
filter very will. it filters actual whole addresses..
and yahoo seems to have a brilliant way around that by
dynamically changing it's addresses where the pictures
live.
Is there an inteligent mezziane/wrapper that runs as a
dameon on my local machine and can be configured to do
filtering ? (ie http//*yahoo.com* type wildcard
filtering ?).
i was think about adapting my recent jigg development
to do this.. infact, i could easierly toggle picture
filtering to the dameon by sending it -SIGUSR1 signals
;). it would be handly to filter pictures simply by
running a command ;).
Ps/ to all those 40 character line hates. it's now
enstowed upon me ;(.
see ya
