yeah, xmms really needs a milk-drop like visualisation plugin (milk-drop is a
really cool winamp plugin). I agree that demo was pretty cool, scene 4 was
like an LSD induced hallucination, very cool :)
It seemed to be capped at 50fps for me, which is ok, because it means my CPU
doesn't get too hot :) But means it can't be used as a benchmark :( I haven't
seen many good OpenGL demo's (nothing of the quality of 3DMark for Directx
anyway)... so it's always good to see some.
Everytime I think about learning OpenGL, I get started, learn to create a
screen and an event loop, then rotate a cube, then I give up :) It just seems
like waaay too much to learn. Oh well, maye one day...
