Have they checked the MTU settings on the client PCs behind the gateway? I
had a similar problem with my Linux gateway when the Win9x/NT boxes sitting
behind it had the default MTU of 1500. This caused some webpages to load,
others not, inconsistent behaviour all around. An MTU of 1492 (or maybe a
bit lower) set in the registry fixed the problem.
