masquerading spam

Hiya Peoples,

I have just received a lot of rejected email for our domain over night
and the returned mail is spam! It looks like somebody is using our
domain name and pretending to be us while spamming through an open
relay.
Does anybody know how I can stop this from happening. I know that I am
not an open relay, as I just checked at dsbl.org.
