Courier-IMAP and Outlook

Hi everybody,

I'm having issues with courier imap and a few outlook client machines: when
Outlook goes to check for new messages, an error is generated. There are two
or three IMAP accounts (for example, a generic email address and a personal
email address) on each machine that are all checked at once. I've included
the error message below, although the actual email address changes in a
seemingly random fashion.

"Could not fetch new headers in the inbox for service@megashaft.net. An
unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program."

Can anybody suggest what might be the problem? I've tried changing the IMAP
timeout from 1 minute up to 3 minutes but this hasn't helped.
