I know, I'm not having a go at you, or anything ;)  I was just pointing
out that there was no official costing mentioned for any of the access
points, just the total budget itself.  If they all cost $100,000 each
(including administrative overheads and other costs,) there would still
be $500k of the budget remaining :)
