Any excuse will do :-)

However, that raises another issue.  AMD/Cyrix etc aren't Intel or 
otherwise in bed with M$.
My guess is that mobos and CPUs free of TCPA taint will be available for 
some time to come.  There might also be a backlash against files 
intended for general consumption being produced in an encrypted manner.
