Search & Replace

Hello all,

I've searched back through the archives for an answer to this one but I think 
the answer probably lies in the current membership.  Here's hoping.

What I want to do is to replace a particular text string with another in every 
text file in a directory, and also in any text files within any 
subdirectories.  Recursive replacement.
