I'm no expert at smtp stuff, but I guess that's entirely possible.
However I get a real low volume traffic of emails and the dyn IP is
updated every 5 mins so it's never been a problem for me. Besides, as
most dialups are windows users they'd have to be running their own mail
server which is highly unlikely. But granted it's possible.
