Maybe once upon a time. I didn't realise that BUGA had an active
webpage. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it doesn't.

Greg Lehey hosts the BUGA mailing list. Subscribe to it in the normal
Majordomo manner:

$ echo "subscribe buga" | mail majordomo@lemis.com

Majordomo should tell you the rest of the interesting stuff when you
subscribe.
