Debian developers

Hi all,

I'm led to believe[1] that there is at least one debian developer in Adelaide.  
Anyone know who it is?

On a related note, are there any debian zealots (well-known in the debian 
community) out there who could be convinced to help organise a Debian mini-conf 
at next year's l.c.a. in Adelaide? :)

[1] At l.c.a. 2003 Bdale showed a map with debian developers world-side and 
there was at least one red dot in Adelaide.
