You'd probably be looking to use the Microsoft Network Client 3.0
software.  I've set this up once before for a DOS computer on an NT
Domain and it worked well, except that it's a memory hog.

I once had a HOWTO for it which was very good, but I don't know what
happened to it.
This one here http://freebooks.by.ru/view/SambaIn24h/ch15.htm seems to
be equally as concise, but I haven't read it  before :)
