A quick web search yielded these:
- WorldCom
- AAPT
- Comindico

These companies all seem to provide services to business and have 
infrastructure in most of those places, but they may just be ISPs.

Telstra also provides lots of networking services, but there's a good 
chance that's who you're trying to leave. ;-)

I understand that it's moderately expensive to become Cisco certified, 
so perhaps the Cisco web site provides a list of companies with 
certified Cisco services.
