Any opinions on TMDA

I just came across TMDA, "Tagged Message Delivery Agent" at http://software.libertine.org/tmda/index.html. It looks like a pretty cool idea, if not a bit annoying for unknown senders.

Does anyone have any experience with this software, and in particular, what do people think of the white list/confirmation principal it uses?
