And for those who insist on having fancy text in their emails, you can
change the font of the plain text to be any font you choose. The *nice part
is that others don't have to put up with it.

Tools -> OPtions -> Mail Format -> Fonts

Sorry if this has already been said, i havn't had my head in the sand.
