Give Goole a search for this exact error, and look for one of the 
HOWTO's. I seem to recall that the exact reason, and how to fix it, is 
in one of the HOWTO's somewhere.

Sorry I can't remember which one exactly!

(But one assumes it's the Modem or ISP HOWTO, or similar :-)
