Can't say that I use Commsec, am an Etrade person myself, but Konqueror in 
KDE3 works much better with the javascript popups etc on quite a few sites 
which didn't work under the KDE2 version, YMMV.  The release notes list this

as a major improvement over KDE2, and so far I think theyre right.

Mozilla RC1 could be worth a try too, tho I prefer Konqueror for the 
eye candy, theming etc, yes I'm shallow I know........ ;)
