Banner Message for FTP Server

Hi All,

I am using RHL7.2 for my FTP Server. I wanted to have
Banner Message when I login and logout of my ftp
server. I have used /etc/motd file and the message on
it gives the welcome screen. 
I wanted to user the same kind of Banner for my Logout
session also. Whenever I quit my ftp server I need to
have a customised message coming. How and where do I
configure it?
