Add my yes to that also...I'd jump at the opportunity to dump Telstra for my
Long distance and ADSL and local calls ( if I could ).

Every person I know who has ADSL or Cable would join me in leaving Telstra.
Their attitude to "Customer service" leaves a lot to be desired.

Ive only got a few months (3) left of my Telstra ADSL contract (12 mth) and
after that I get to keep the Alcatel ADSL modem. That's the main reason I
didnt bail out last month when I could have. If they offer you an out due to
volume changes or similar you dont have to pay an exit penalty but you also
don't keep to keep modem and NIC.
