I note with interest that at
http://www.netspace.net.au/products/adsl/business/plans.shtml, they
mention the "Ultra R-Line" service, which provides 4Mbps/640kbps
speed... That's quite fast. How are they doing that? (I know ADSL can
go to 8Mb, but I thought that there was a reason why we in .au are
restricted to 1.5Mb, although maybe that was just Telstra...)
