Netspace will, in all likelihood, decline to accept your order if you're
not already a business customer of theirs based in one of the Eastern
states.

If they did manage to sign up through Netspace, you would pay Netspace
prices.  These would not be the same as the prices you've seen at 
http://www.netspace.net.au/products/adsl/home/plans.shtml - They are
home prices, and Netspace doesn't offer residential coverage in South
Australia.  You would pay business prices instead (which, AFAIK, aren't
on their website).  Those business prices would be calculated by Netspace
on the basis that they want to make money from them.
