Yes, that's correct.
If you're an Internode customer and you want ADSL on the Eastern
seaboard, we provision it through Netspace.
if you're a Netspace customer and you want ADSL in SA, they provision
it through us.
This means we can both be "one stop shops" for broadband connectivity
for most of Australia; It represents a short-cut around the fact that
to do ADSL in a new region you need to pay Telstra a very large 5-figure
sum just to get into the game (before you've even signed up any customers).
Internode has paid that five-figure sum in Adelaide, Netspace has paid
it in their service areas, so we resell each others' services instead
of paying more money to Telstra.
