Best ICMP Monitoring Program

I'm looking for the best Monitoring program that uses ICMP or ping or
whatever you like to call it.  It would be nice to have output to .html
file, email when status changes, and up/down time (on the .html page
maybe)...  i quickly had a bash at autostatus, but doesn't look that
interesting....
